How far ahead should we book?
Two weeks is comfortable for a party; community days are better planned a month ahead.
What ages do you work with?
Mixed ages are common; tell us the spread and we will say honestly what suits the group.
Do you travel?
Within south Devon routinely, and further out by agreement once travel is discussed.
What if it rains?
An indoor fallback is agreed when the booking is made rather than decided on the morning.
